The download version has a special update for Spooktober!

Ghosts come out at night, kittens get stars by catching them.

Stars let you buy from the seasonal menu.

🌸 August 2023 Major Update - multiple kittens, day/night, mod support, and much more! 🌸

You can now have multiple kittens! Over a dozen different types to choose from.

Day and night cycle-- and of course, lighting items. You can change the light color, and I've included a rainbow color-shifting option.

Floating hearts appear around the map every sunrise. Your kittens can pick them up. Feeding your kitten temporarily makes it go faster.

Lots of new decorative items including rugs and more plants.  More flooring options, too. The [daily] tab restocks every sunrise with random items.

Plants attract butterflies <3

The robot chef will refill empty food dishes automagically :)

Kittens loooove boxes!

And added quality-of-life features such as:
- volume control
- option to move, rotate, or flip items
- option to remove items
- option to rehome kittens (for a fee!) 🥺
- option to pause time
- option to arrange items in a grid or randomly

🌈 Mod Support 🌈

I'm so excited to add mod support to my game! You can now add your own custom items and rugs. Just drop the image files into the mod folder and they'll appear in the game. Download the file "Pocket Kitten 2023-08-23 - mod sample and instructions.zip" for the sample mod and how-to.

The original prototype for this game was made over three days in February for Ludwig Jam 2023. One of the cats in the game is Coots-inspired 💕 Major update was released in August 2023.
