No Such Thing As Too Many Kittens

Feed the ravenous horde!

Click and hold to lead kittens to food.

More kittens will join if you're getting enough food.

If you're too slow at getting food, they'll leave 😆

Tested on Chrome on Mac OS, Windows, iOS (iPhone and iPad), and Android (Samsung).

Playing on an iPhone:

• It might take a few tries to get the game to load. Click on the red "run game" button and if you don't get a black loading screen, tap on the URL in the browser bar and go to it again.
• Sound doesn't work on iPhone speaker if iPhone is on silent mode. Switch off silent mode or use headphones with iPhone.

Development:

This is a chaotic little spinoff of my game Pocket Kitten, a chill cozy pet sim. Made over a couple of days for Mini Jam 127: Cats² and reused assets for kittens, food, and wood floor tiles. New work for this game includes additional kitten colors, additional food, rug and grass tiles, additional sounds, and of course the entire gameplay mechanics. Used all of the required colors in the jam palette, plus a few other matching colors. Made with Godot.

I'm new to gamedev, I just started learning end of Jan 2023. This is my third game and my third game jam :3
