I really like this game and I gave the latest playtest a try. However, I noticed there were some issues navigating around the space. After I'd place a plant, sometimes I would automatically start scrolling around and I didn't want to. Hopefully what I'm saying makes sense.

Also personally, I'm not a big fan of the new anti-crowding mechanic. What I really liked about the older version was that I could crowd things and it'd look natural. Now, things feel a little artifical? But overall, I really like this game and it's very relaxing.

Thanks so much for playing and for sharing your feedback! I'll look into the navigation controls. I also like clustering my plants so I'll probably relax the anti-crowding mechanic a bit. Its purpose is just to prevent players from putting down 500 plants in one spot, hehe

XD completely understandable. Great work so far!

i just used a bunch of plants that add sight to clear the board and then spammed bubble making plants until i ran out of "money" and just spent the rest of the game popping bubbles. the last two plants were kind of useless because of this.

i did start to get annoyed w how many plants were on the board because it made it hard to move around so i think the game could benefit from being able to sell plants and/or being able to toggle the ability to grab and move plants around (i really suggest the last point i think it would improve game play quite a bit)

overall i think this was a very nice game! i love the idea of adding critters!! i cannot wait to play it after more updates come out

Thanks so much for playing and for giving feedback! <3 You're also welcome to try the latest playtest build at https://mellowminx.itch.io/test2?secret=pRQesBcZu7L8ytRczaao485UCQQ - there are a lot of updates including critters and the ability to toggle plant movement (in the "options" tab)

omg i didnt even realize there was  a newer version! excited 2 play it!

Seeing the entire world cleaned up was really satisfying.

It is funny how going from 100-50%  toxic took like 25 minutes but getting from 50%-0% took like 30 seconds.

I first stockpiled enough of the fresh producing plants to have basically infinite fresh (it generated faster than I could buy the most expensive plants), and then everything exponentially sped up.

Thank you for playing and sharing your feedback!! πŸ₯°

really amazing game, played it for 45 minutes, now i have a really nice garden where everything is lit up, also managed to go over the max plants by bulk buying plants, i loved the game was really great as always!

Yay thank you so much for sharing your feedback! So happy you enjoyed playing πŸ₯ΉπŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

So pretty with all the bubbles! I'm glad I kept going, almost left until I scrolled down and saw how clear the air could be once I unlock bubble plant!

I'm so glad you stuck around! Thank you so much for playing 😊🌸

What a beautiful and engaging game Feanne! Somewhat addictive too. Love the environmental angle. – Portia

So happy to know you enjoyed it Portia!! Really appreciate the support πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

ITS BEAUTIFUL OH MY GOD

Thank you so much for the kind words πŸ₯ΉπŸŒΈ

The idea of purifying the air was soothing and the purpose was easy to understand. I also like the rewarding increase in plants along the way because it motivates me. I played with efficiency in mind, but I also liked how the strategy changed at the beginning, middle, and end of the game!

Yayyy thank you so much for playing and for streaming my game again ❀️❀️❀️ I'm so happy you enjoyed! I really appreciate your kind comments 😊

Hello, thanks for bringing attention to the climate crisis! I recommend Terra Nil, it inspired me and it's loads better than my game, plus they've already planted 45k trees! https://twitter.com/Terra_Nil/status/1649788346938294272?s=20 As a newbie dev I aspire to become like them 😊🌱

It's a great game to pass time. I was able to finish the game in about 30 minutes. I like the concept of the game, It's rather rare to find games focusing on the environment lol. Thanks! I had fun playing this!

Thanks so much! I also appreciate you sharing your completion time πŸ’• I'd love to recommend a couple of games that inspired me, Terra Nil and Cloud Gardens, you might enjoy them too 😊

I'm so happy you found it relaxing! And yay thank you πŸ’•πŸŒΈ Please let me know when the article comes out so I can share it too!

Of course, I will <3 Your work looks pretty awesome, I will check out your other projects as well.

I appreciate it, thank you!

I enjoyed playing the game. It's a profound and pleasant experience. Everything from sound to visuals is pure harmony and very relaxing :)

I have recorded and published gameplay on my little (hobby) youtube channel. I hope you are ok with this? :)

Oh wow thanks so much!! And of course, I greatly appreciate it. So nice to get to watch a player experiencing it. I'm sorry for the audio trouble later on in the game, I haven't been able to replicate the issue yet myself but heard about it from another player too so I have to work on optimizing game performance. Thank you for playing!!

very fun

Thank you!!

Very soothing yet addictive, plus it has lovely graphics and sound design. It was a pleasant surprise being able to unlock new plants. So satisfying once I cleared all the toxic air!

Happy you enjoyed! Thank you for playing <3

a Very smart approach ,  game is fun to play and relaxing, i would play it on breaks, good job.

Thanks so much for playing! <3

I had a lot of fun with this! The only things I'd recommend are not allowing plants to be infinitely stackable in a single spot. Also, can confirm it runs well on mac.

Thank you for letting me know! Glad you had fun :D And I agree, I have to figure out how to get the plants to spread around rather than infinitely stack!

Very cute game! Though I'm a bit worried by how the bubbles quickly become impossible to all pop... @-@ that was the only thing I didn't like, they end up clumping infinitely and my computer's making a concerning noise about it.
Really liked it though! Very nice atmosphere, good graphics, chill gameplay.

Thanks so much! I do have to figure out the audio issues when there are too many objects in the game. Happy you enjoyed tho :D

haha it’s more of a fan noise problem— maybe the created bubbles should be in a queue? like if they reach maximum number they start popping on their own?

Ah I see! Yes, I need to learn how to optimize the game better. Would love to know if you're playing on Mac or on Windows or on Linux!

Windows on browser! It didnt crash anything though I just went a little crazy on the bubbles
